WWE superstar Sheamus has suffered a shoulder injury in which will require surgery WWE.com reports. He tore a labrum in his left shoulder.
This is not a kayfabe injury, and WWE reports it was spotted after the Money In The Bank ladder match PPV & then re-aggravated last week.
Sheamus' leg is making recovery progress as he also injured that at the MITB PPV.
Arthroscopic surgery will be required to repair Sheamus' tare.
