It is very possible that Sheamus can have the most combined days as World Heavyweight Champion by the end of his WWE career. Sheamus is 34, so I would assume he has a few years left in him. His first title reign put him already at 210 days. If he obtains 3 more World Heavyweight Championship wins, lasting 150 days each, he can easily surpass Triple H's 616 days.
This does not seem likely as he is 34, but it can be something we should look out for in the future.
