After Payback, clearly we know Del Rio isn't walking away as World Champ, so he needs something else.
Hopefully Zeb Colter ringside during Cesaro's match meant something. This can rejuvenate his stale character. Hopefully Zeb & Cesaro come to some sort of mutual agreement on liking America. Perhaps Zeb reveals reasons why Cesaro should like America & what not..
Now, Cesaro should show Zeb proof of legally coming to America, pleasing Zeb.
Next, Zeb should say he wishes Del Rio would do the same, (Del Rio doesn't) & he refuses to see illegal immigrants being praised in the WWE.
Cesaro agrees to take care of Del Rio, coming out during one of Del Rio's typical filler fights & Zeb announcing that Cesaro is going to help him once & for all take out the illegal immigrant known as Alberto Del Rio.
This mid-card feud (in which WWE needs more of) leads to Money In The Bank. Cesaro goes over Del Rio to help him rebuild his character.
During the process of the feud, Cesaro does segments in which he discriminates the Mexican culture, & reveals dirty facts on the culture. Whether it is walking into a Mexican restaurant and trashing it, hating on the food. Or whether it is picking on Ricardo, revealing that Ricardo is even more of a peasant to Del Rio than Del Rio deserves to be as Ricardo is just his tag along.
I think they can go somewhere with this, and of course, with hopefully some creative team intelligence, make it better.
