CM Punk, real name Phil Brooks, has filed for a restraining order against his mother.
Reasons are because his mother harasses him constantly for more money, as Punk states he has given her over $100,000.
Punk states that when his mother is denied the cash, she threatens to commit suicide, and has sent Punk constant e-mails that state Punk is money hungry, fame hungry, betrayed his loved ones, and "would sell them out for a nickel" as said by her.
Punk's mother suffers from bipolar disease.
Punk has already applied for a restraining order in June 10, but it was only temporary. Now, he applies for another one.
Punk says he can't handle the "abusive/threatening" behaviors, as he is already stressed enough with his never-ending schedule in which associated entirely with his job.
