I don't know if anyone noticed, but Vince McMahon keeps telling Vickie not to put Bryan on the show because he is "weak and small." This has been going on for the past two weeks on Raw.
After Money In The Bank, Bryan will most likely be our winner. Let's face it. When it comes to pushing a new face, he is the only one in there who would win. It is only logical booking. Orton won't win, & RVD won't win with his part time schedule. RVD is there simply for the show he will put on, and he is also not The Rock, not as many viewers would jump in to see him as WWE Champion.
Once Bryan wins, Vince McMahon will be angered, and he will try to prevent him from cashing in. This will be sort of similar to how McMahon didn't want Punk as the champion.
Will Bryan cash-in at SummerSlam? Probably not. But if Bryan cashed in for a fair match at SummerSlam & fairly defeated Cena, (This is obviously a dream, but smart booking) he would be the next big thing. Then, as the run for Cena's rematch comes along, McMahon can favor Cena and try to have Bryan lose his title. While the Raw's are there to build up SummerSlam, Bryan can get cash-in opportunities and McMahon can prevent it from happening.
This feud would be great, and also, it is not meant to turn Cena heel, but to turn McMahon heel.
